All photos are taken using techniques similar to those employed by architectural publications. You can expect professionally edited images that are clean, straight, well lit, and properly composed to highlight the best features of your property. In most cases, a typical shoot will take from 60-90 minutes.
Photography Packages
Bronze Package - this package is designed for small homes and condos up to 1200 square feet. This is a great way to get more showings for your smaller listings. It includes photos of the interior and exterior of the home/condo. $125.00
Silver Package - this package is for homes up to 2200 square feet and includes photos of the interior and exterior. Many homes will fit into this category. $160.00
Gold Package - this package is for larger homes between 2200 and 3200 square feet. It includes interior and exterior photos. $195.00
Platinum Package - this package is for homes over 3200 square feet. It includes interior and exterior photos. Since there is a wide range of sizes and requirements for larger homes. I recommend a site visit to get a quote for a custom shoot. Starting at $225.00
Trip Charge: For coming soon additional trip, or outside Lucas or Wood counties. Photos included. $30.00
Finished Basement - this is an additional charge only for homes with finished basements. $15.00
Drone Photography
Drone Aerial Photographs - photos only - up to 10, professionally edited. $165.00
If ordered in combination with a photo package, price is $125.00.
Videos and Tours
360 Tours - This exciting new product came about as a result of my relationship with Zillow. They are now featuring all listings that contain a 360 Tour at the top of their search rankings when the site visitor enters search criteria. For the agent it means reaching more buyers and an improved marketing offering for listing prospects. Available as both a stand alone and package price version. Starting at $85.00. Video Tours - The video tours have sometimes been called walk-through videos. Many I've seen are poorly done. These are created with a cinematic appeal that conveys a captivating experience. These would typically be reserved for high end properties that want to add sizzle to their marketing. Because of the variety and complexity of these tours, these are created in collaboration with the listing agent and will be priced according to the requirements. If you want something less expensive, the 360 Tours are great values.
